Question:    How do I find the games I'm looking for?
Answer: If you're looking for specific games, try typing in the name of the game you are looking for in the quick search box in the menu at the top or left menu of the page.

Question:    How do I buy a product for my cell phone?
Answer: After you find something you want to purchase, click on the purchase button and you’ll be sent to the checkout page. Now you just enter your cell phone number, carrier and click Buy. Moments later you’ll receive a text message on your cell phone with further directions on how to get the content.

Question:    How do I know what is compatible with my phone?
Answer:    Just go to the phone compatibility chart to see what products are compatible with your phone.

Question:    How do I download game to my cell phone?
Answer: To download a game you must use the wireless Internet connection on your cell phone. While each cell phone model may require a slightly different approach to download content, the basic steps for downloading are as follows:

After you make a purchase with MobileParagon.com, you will receive a text message to your cell phone. In that message, you will see a URL specially designed for your phone. You will need to open this URL using the wireless Internet connection on your cell phone (M-Mode, MEdia Net, Sprint PCS Vision, or T-Zones). To open the URL from the text message, choose "Options" or "Menu" whichever your phone uses. If you see the option "Go" or "GoTO" on the screen, click that and skip the next four steps.
Select "Extract" or "Use Detail" or "Save Address".
You may be asked whether you want to extract a "Phone Number," "E-mail Address" or "Web Address." Select "Web Address."
You should see a single URL in a list of web addresses. Select that.
If you see "Options" select that, and then select "Go To" or "Go."
Your wireless Internet connection should now be open to the URL where you can download your purchased content. You should see some text about your new ringtone or background and a link to download. Select the item(s) to download and then follow any additional prompts your phone gives you. Some phones may do this automatically, in which case when you view your message you can select the web address. Then, you'll see a page with a download link and some text about your content. Complete the download and save to your phone. Some phones will let you save the item and then select it for use right away. Other phones will require you to look up the item in your Ringtone and Wallpaper folder, and then select it for use, or "Apply" it. Most phones will let you "Apply" the item right away.

Question:    How is the content downloaded to my phone?
Answer: For Cingular, Sprint, and T-Mobile users, content is sent to your mobile phone via a WAP link or MMS message, which basically means we send you a text message with a link. By clicking on the link, you download the content straight from PT78mobile to your mobile phone.

For Verizon Wireless users, content is sent to your mobile phone via PIX Messaging. You must have a PIX Message capable phone, although an Internet Enabled phone is not required. Please note - You must save the content to your phone; otherwise, it will be deleted when you erase the message from your InBox.

Question:    How long does it take to receive my download after I've completed the purchase process?
Answer: Depending upon the network traffic, it can take several seconds up to several minutes to receive your product.

Question:    Does my phone need to be Internet enabled?
Answer:    Yes. In order to successfully download ringtones and color wallpapers, your phone will need to be able to connect to the Web. If you're not sure that you have this feature, contact your carrier's Customer Support for more information.

Question:    Why can't I download when I click on the link?
Answer:    You received the download link and you can't download in WAP?
WAP might not be set up correctly on your phone. Please ask your phone provider how to adjust your settings

Question:    What should I do after the download is completed to my phone?
Answer: Once the download gets to your phone, please make you click the "save" button in order to save the product to your cell phone.

Question:    What carriers support the delivery of your products?
Answer: Mobile Paragon currently support cell phones from Cingular, Dobson, Sprint, T-Mobile & Verizon. We will be adding additional carrier support in the future so if you’re carrier is not listed, please check back in the future.
